A self-initiated campaign concept for a fictional Eindhoven barber brand — built end-to-end with AI-assisted previsualisation to show how we develop, test and pitch campaign ideas before a single shoot day is booked.
The challenge
Clients often can't see a campaign until it is too expensive to change. We wanted to prove that a full campaign world — casting, sets, grading, copy — can be previsualised convincingly enough to make decisions on, at a fraction of production cost.
The approach
We wrote the campaign as if commissioned: audience, tone, tagline, shot list. Generative imagery was used strictly as previsualisation — iterating on casting types, locations and colour until the boards felt shootable, with every frame documented from prompt to pick.
The concept
Tickle Beard is a fictional barber brand invented to stress-test our AI previsualisation workflow. Every image in this case study is generated, iterated and graded as previsualisation — the deliverable is the workflow itself: a campaign a client can approve before production begins.
This is a self-initiated studio concept — not commissioned client work. It exists to demonstrate our AI-assisted production workflow.
Process notes
- Frame 01 — “1970s barbershop interior, single tungsten practical, haze, 35mm, warm amber grade” — 14 iterations to settle casting and lens height.
- Frame 02 — casting pass: same seed, five beard archetypes, judged against the audience profile before art-directing wardrobe.
- Grade pass — all selects pulled through one colour reference so the boards read as a single campaign, not separate generations.
From prompt to picture
Drag the divider to compare an early raw generation with the final art-directed frame.

The outcome
A complete previsualised campaign that demonstrates our AI-assisted concepting workflow. Presented as a studio concept, not client work — and designed to be shot for real with a produced budget.
